Existing Sim-Avionics Customers

Postby Mark on Tue Mar 09, 2010 11:34 am

Hi Guys,

As most of you know there have been some changes over the last week and there has been some confusion as to how this leaves existing customers.
There have also been questions regarding purchasing and pricing, but I'll address those in a seperate post.

I'd like to reassure existing customers that there will be no changes to how we've always worked.
Regular software updates will continue to be posted and the support email and forum will still be available as usual.
If you wish to extend your 12 month update licence this will remain at 49gbp

For us, joining FDS is a strategic business move allowing us better product placement, and looking forwards, a plan that will allow continual product development for the future.

Thank you for your continual support
Mark

Mark,

thank you very much for this clarification.

I can well understand your decision from a business point of view. I also think that, especially for us existing customers, this provides an additional safety for our investments in the future. I hope that you are able to keep on the very good communication style (like listening to the customer feedback) under the changed cirumstances. But since FDS has a similar approach in this area, I am quite optimistic.

Best regards,
Michael

Better late then never.

Also from Holland, thanks for the clarification. I just restarted my 737NG project and am glad that we can keep the support like the good old days :)
